The reason
The residents wanted to replace their old, glued parquet floor. The parquet and the remaining adhesive residue had to come out entirely, without damaging the screed.

Our approach
We machine-loosened the parquet and removed the adhesive residue with a floor milling machine. With dust extraction, disruption in the home stayed limited.
The result
The result
A clean, level screed, ready to be levelled and finished. The home was handed over broom-clean and the material removed.
